A speakeasy cocktail bar nestled in the tranquil and forested area in Portsdown, Klee Bar is a forerunner of its time. Before Bar Stories came to life, Klee Bar introduced the idea of drinks crafted to suit the moods of patrons.

Crafting an experience akin to a stage set, Klee Bar celebrates the individuality of experiences, engaging each patron in unique dialogue. One interacts directly over a dining-height bar with mixologists dedicated to the craft of preparing bespoke and inventive concoctions; slipping patrons into the slow, peaceful buzz of the night.

In celebrating the individuality of experiences, 18 different chairs line up along the bar, where each patron can pick their favourite chair for the night. Patrons are invited to engage in a dialogue with mixologists who concoct customised and novel cocktails by request; or inspiration derived from the fresh ingredients of the day.
